Dear Mr. Vice President:

Your letter oi February 4 has gone unanswered
but not unnotiCed. l have taken occasion to
discuss this matter 1th a number of persons,
although neither the President nor S:cretary
Freeman. with a View to advancing Bill Guy's
position.

i shall certainly discuss it with both the Presi-
dent and the Secretary at an appropriate time.
