MEMORANDUM FOR DONALD J. CARBONL
SUBJECT: Publication of paper -- "Perspectives in Defense
Management"
The attached letter from General &homburg and my reply speak for then:selves.
It is always good to know that OiCP personnel selected to attend the Industrial College of the Armed Forces are held irl high esteem by the faculty. It is even more satisfying to learn their accomplishments place them at the top of their class. You realized your own potential during this year of study and you did credit to the Office of emergency Planning.
My commendations and congratulations for a job superbly done
