At the moment. I don't have the competence or know-
ledge to respond to all of them myself.
This muChl can, however. tell you: The Presi-
dent is working effectively within the Government to
reduce spending for constructlom I am trying to help
him with State governments. and with business, and his
efforts overall seem to be having an Appreciable effect
on stabilizing the economy.
