be heard before the Treic Seiety Act in pal-ed.

nore' Conference deding uith thie eebject chaired by Governor
Heneen of Wyoming. with Governore Beiimon. Conndly, Goddard.
and Terry. to diecuee their viewpoints with Henry Wileon. Secre-
tory Connor or Undersecretary Bayd.
The advantage: that it would give the Goveruore a real chance
to bring their experience to bear upon tuie problem end cuitivete
a feeling of pertnerehip with the Adminietration; the dieedventege
in thet their propoeeie might conict with the Adminietration pur-
