L was pleased to hear that Regional Director Frank Bourgin and his associates were so helpful in speeding disaster assistance to Minnesota under Public Law 875.
It is always good to know our fiMa representatives move so efficiently and well in these emergencies. I shall be happy to pass on your comments to Mr. Bourgin. Mr. Gardiner and Mr. McNamee.
The flooding in :Alanemota oyer the past two years has been most severe and unfortunate. V. e were glad to help.
I hope you will not hesitate to be in touch with me any time I can be of a seistance.
