I am advised that Mary King. a student at Sweet Briar
College in Virginia. has applied for admission to the
School of Medicine. .viiss King is a close friend of
my daughter, now a student at Sweet Briar. and it is
through her that l have knowledge of Miss King's
qualifications.
1 am impressed not only with the good academic record
Miss King has maintained. but also with the {act that
she has maintained this rec0rd in addition to employ~
ment in a number of activities for compensation and for
her cultural develoPment. I am impressed. too. with
