Thank you {or your letter 01 October 6 to Farris
Bryant. Director of 08?. asking for the title of
his address to the November meeting of the
National Association of State Unlversitios and
Land Grant Colleges.

GovernOr Bryant has not at this time prepared
his remarks; however, he will speak on the
broad subject of "The Quest for Educational
Excellence Through Federal-State Cooperation."
When we have a more definite title. I'll forward
