Dear Bill:

i mentioned to you the other day the possibility of
securing assistance in the maintenance of overseas

equipment on a more efcient and/or less expensive
basis than has been found so far.

The CERCO Co. is headed by Troy M. Deal. Jr. who
has been a long-time triend of mine.

I am advised that his Company was awarded the con-

tract by the Air Force at Egiin AFB to provide eets

of heavy construction equipment on a fully maidained

basis (or troop training of heavy equipment operators
{or the Viet Nam Operation.
