After talking with yoa developments came rather
rapidly. l discussed with Freak Sherman. of American
National Bank. my proposal. end he told me he would
get in touch with you in connection with the noticing.
Basically. we are hiking about $875. 000. of which!
will have to borrow $175. 000. and eight others will
borrow one dual! of that amount. Some of them will not
need financing.
An otter is being mailed by my agent in 0:31. to every
stockholder to purchue his stock at $250 per share.
the otter to be accepted or rejected by July 31. payment
to be made by Auguot 10.
