Chairman, Florida State Turnpike Authority, have been carefully considered
and coeparcd vitb the conditions prescribed in ny July 12 nanomdmn to
you regarding the location for the portion of Interstate Bystaa Route 101
in eoutb Florida. It hen been determined that the cited conditions am
not by tho memento reached betwcn the State Road Department of Florida
and the Florida State Turnpike Authority.
In accordance with those Inmate, approval my to given for a
location of that portion or Florida FAI Route 101 between previously
approved interwediate control points on tho Sunshine State Parhmy at (a)
W "11o. oouth of sum Highway 706 and (b) the intersection of Golden
