turning over to Covardale a Colpitte around April 1.
Coverdale & Colpitte will begin their tabulation of
theee aurveye and be ready to report orally to the
Authority between June 20 and July 7. including
traffic flow nape and earnings.
The queetion waa asked by the Chairman as to why the
original Treat Agree-ant was tied down to an exten-
sion all the way to risonia. The anewer given by
Ben brown. and later by Jerry Tripp tor the invent-
eent bankera. wee the sale: that because any fore-
ahortaning would eeriouely affect the earnings and
the sale of the bonds.
Internation wee received but not confireed that the
original Trust Indenture was drawn and honde vali-
dated, and later the turnpike waa extended and addi-
tional bonde ieaued by an aloud-ant to the Trust
Indenture and not by necessity of revalideting the
bonds and the Iruet Indenture. Ia are in the process
of confirming this.
