the Bryant administration were proper?

1. Because the Governor concluded they were, after very great

study and a real battle with the underwriters.

2. Because before the terns were agreed to Governor Bryant
secured the advice of the following people:

Colonel Thales B. Manuel. fomer chair-an of the Mike Authority;
former road board neuter and the organizing director of several banks
on the lower east coast of Plorida; Ir. H. Howard Prankland, pest
member of the Mike Authority, past road board labor, mediate
past president of the First National Bank of Tampa; Mr. Jones Cranford,
Vice President of the Atlantic National Bank of Jacksonville; Hr.
Willis. Dial. asst neuter of the Board of Control, past neuter

of the road board and the president of the First National Bank in
Orlando; Mr. William Dewitt, president of the First National in

St. Petersburg, fonser vice president of the Chemical and Corn
Exchange Bank in New York; Mr. Jim waiter, chairman of the Board

of the First National Bank in St. Petersburg. and Chairman of the
Board of the Industrial Bank of Tampa and also a director and

officer in many insurance companies; Mr. Hilton weir, Sr.. President
and Chairman of the Board of Boca Baton National Bank and Chairman

of the Board of Delray Beach National Bank; Mr. Frank Soothers,
