Dear Farris:

Many thanks for your letter of September 23.
1 will go over to the Court next Monday morning to see
you, and maybe we can arrange to have a talk before you
get away.

I do feel that we should get together under
as favorable circumstances as possible since there is
a lot to discuss. Maybe an initial talk up here next Monday
will lead to a later meeting and a more detailed discussion
of the problems.
