Denr Ferris:
A bill is scheduled to be introduced during this session of the

legislature providing for the creation and eshblistnnent of a state
Wrd of registration for foresters.

My experience of 12 years as a practicing forester in Florida
leads me favor an! to actively apport this measure.

The Florid- Chspter Society or Americon Foresters st its meeting
in Jncksonville on May 25, 1952, went on record as f-vorlng this bill.

A similor measure has been in successful Operation in Georgia for
about two yenrs. Their registrtion now tot-ls 181..

Your support of this bill will be greptly appreciated.

Very truly yours,

W

J. E. Turner
