Mr. John N. Swell
Vice-President

H. C. Hare Conpany
Jacksonville, Florida -

Dear Mr. Sewell:

I appreciate very much your letter of October 22nd, sad

in particular the sentiments which you express there about
Fletcher Morgen. lie is known to Is to be extra-sly

capsble and broadly experienced as a business can and member
or the Legislsture.

While no decisions have yet been nsde as to ccsnittee
appointments I think Mr. gen anticipates correctly that

he will be s member of the Approprist ions Connittee. The
constituency or the Insurance Couittee has not yet taken
shepe becsuse there are so many divergent interests which are
seeking representation there, and because the number of men
who are qualified to serve on tint committee is large.

with kindest regards I an,

Sincerely yours,

c. Farr is Bryant
