Dear Farris:

The Honorable Wallace Sturgis has suggested that
two men be appointed to represent me at a meet-
ing of the Select Committee or the Legislative
Council relative to the organization of Tax
Collecting Agencies or the State of Florida.

I will be represented by r. H. F. Cordea of
Miami and Mr. Clifford c. Beasley of Gainesville.
In accepting my appointment mr. Cordes advised
me that he will be out of the state from October
18 to October 27 so I shall appreciate your try-

ing to arrange the meeting at a date when Mr.
Cordes can be present.
