House Bill No. 416 provides that Section 74.01,
Florida Statutes,t>e amended so as to include subsec-
tion 3 of section 74.01, Florida Statutes, 1949, which
use erroneously deleted by section 1, chapter 26921,
Laos or Florida, acts of 1951, The law as to proceed-
ings supplemental to eminent domain (74.01) included
provisions as to housing authorities. Ibo legislature
intending to amend section 74.01 by doing a'ay with the
housing authorities inadvertently omitted subsection 3
of section 74.01, Ihich sets out the contents of the
declaration of taking which is provided for by sub-
section 1 or section 74.01, Florida Statutes, 1951.
This bill merely puts into effect once again the re-
quirement as to the contents of the declaration of taking.
