House Bill No. 414: provides thet en edditionel sec-
tion be edded to Chepter 66, Florida Statutes, fixing
the venue or divorce proceedings and requiring thet such
proceedings be brougat either in the county wherein one

or the spouses resides or wherein the grounds for divorce
accrued. m. is intended to restrict the present lee
which allows divorce proceedings to be brow ht eny there
in the ats or Florida.
