House Bill No. 413 provides that use of the origi-
nal files on appeals to the supreme court to be autho-
rized, under statutes and rules similar to that followed
in case of appeals from inferiro courts to the circuit
courts in subsection 4 of section 57.27, section 61.05 ani
subsection 6 of section 732.15, Florida Statutes, By
allowing the above described procedure the necessity of
preparing a new appellate transcript along with the un-
necessary costs and duplication or cumbersome appellate

records will in some instances be done away with.
