House Bill No. 403. This bill provides for on
additional section to Chapter 65, Florida Statutes, au-
thorizing the Circuit Courts to declere and make decrees
and orders for slinony end support money s lien upon the
real and personel property or the defendant to secure the
peyment thereof even after the deeth or the said defen-
dant. As the situation no! exists on ex-site tho hes re-
ceived an order for alimony by the court or one who has
receiVed an order for support by the court is protected
by that court order only so long as the ex-hnsbsnd, de-
fendant, remains alive or romaine in the state. There is
no provision for the continued peynent or slimony or eup-
port money from the preperty or the ex-huebsnd srter his
death or it he leaves the state. The bill intends by
the creation of lien upon the reel end personal property
or the defendant to provide for the support of en ex-oire
or one for ohon I support order hae been decreed after

the death of the defendant or after be his left the state.
