was held at Timpa, Florida, on tho 27th day of January, 1953. a

THEREFORE. HI I! RISOLVID, by the Southeastern Fisheries
Association, Inc., assembled in seacion this 27th day of January,
1953, in Thnpa, Florida, that the Plorida Sales Tax Law be amended
to clearly exempt all machinery and equip-out eupplies used by the
conneroial fiehernen in their rich businese.

HI I? PURTEER RISOLVED that a copy of this resolution
be diepetched to Governor Dan locarty, Senator Charley 8. Johne,
Preaident of the State Senate, and Bepreaentative c. Parrie Bryant,
Speaker of the Houae of Representatives for the attention or their

respective oonmittcee on the subject.
