A BILL
TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT TO 1110va A MINIMUM cmwmsmmn FOR THE
VARIOUS SHERIFIS IN TIE STATS
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF PURIDA:
Section 1. In any case where the net income of
the office of sheriff, as defined in Section 11.5.02,
Florida Statutes, shall not amount to at least Four
Thousand Dollars, (300100) per annum, the Board of
County Comissioners of the various counties shall
supplement such income in an amount sufficient to
provide such sheriff with a minimum compensation of
Four Thousand Dollars (51.30030) per annum.
Section 2. All laws and parts of laws in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This act shall become effectiVe on
October 1, 1953
