of that is not feasible at this tine. then re-essnination
should certainly be required or those who have raised reason
able doubts about their competency.)

To urge that thorough. competent studies of all toll turnpike

proposals he presented to the Legislature for approval or
rejection. and with anplo tine allowed for full public discus-
sion of such data.
