AN ACT CREATED A FUND IN THE STATE ransom: TO B KNOnN
AS THE STATE 3mm CF HEALTH CAPITAL 00TH! FUND; DEFINING
SOURCES OF SUCH FUND AND PROVIDING F011 THE EXFENDITURE AND
DISBURSLULHI THEREOF.
BE IT ERAC'IED BY m. LEDISLATURL OF THE STATE OF mum:
Section 1. (1) There is hereby established within the state
agencies' fund established by section 215.30(2), F. 5., a fund to be
known end designstsd as the state board of health capital outlay fund.
(2) Fees collected by the state board of health from the
comes provided in section 2 hereof, in an amount not exceeding $200,000
esch fiscal year stall be deposited in said capital outlay fund to be ex-
pended by said board only for building construction and repairs, equipment
and the purchase of building sites.
(3) Fees collected by said bosrd in an alount exceeding $200,000
in each fiscal year shall be deposited in the gemral revenue fund.
Section 2. Fees collected {HI the folloeing sources shell be
deposited in said capital outlay fund as limited by section one hereof:
(l) Centralisetion of earrioge and divorce records as provided
in section 382.2h. F. S.
(2) Certified copies of birth and death certificates as provided
in section 283.35, F. s.
(3) Registration or doctors as provided in sections 1158.06,
1159.17, 1.60.28 and 1.62.20, r. s.
(h) Dru store inspection es provided in section h65.10, F. S.
(5) Structural pest control licenses as provided in section 1.82.06,
P. 5.
Section 3. All lens and parts of laws in conflict herewith ere
hereby repealed.
Section 1.. This act shall take effect July 1, 1953.
