All ACT AUTHORIZIK! THE AOQUISITION AND SAIL OF REAL
PROPERTY 3! THE STATE BOARD OF KERLTH.
BE 11 ENACTED BY THE. LmISIATURE (3 THE STATE (1 FLORIDA:
Section 1. (1) The Itete board of health is hereby authorin-
ed to acquire real proporty by purchase, mu, gift, donation or
otherwise, and take title thereto in the an. 01' said board.
(2) The said board may, with the approve]. of the board of
commissioners of state institutions, sell my or all detached parcels
of Land owned or hereetter acquired by such board.
Section 2. All LII: or parts of laws in conflict herewith are
hereby mpealed.
Section 3. This act shall teke effect Mtely upon becoming
a low.
