The recomendation with reference to the position of Assistant
Director has become a moot question inaamich as Bill Harrie
has accepted one of the offers made him several months ago.

I will have a reconnendetion to replace him et the next
meeting or the Council. w recommendation will be that the
Council give favorable consideration to the appointment of
John Blair, one of the young lawyer-e who worked for the
Council on the Legislative Service.
