1.01 Chairmen Vice-Chairman
the Council shall select from mug its members a Chaim who
shall preside at all meetings, appoint cmittees and perform such
other duties as may be prescribed by these rules or detemined by
the Council. The Chaim shall be a net-her of all comitteee

Council. The Council shall also select from enong its unborn e
Vice-Chairmen who shall not be a member of the same branch of the
legislature as the Chairman. The Vice-Chairmen ehall ect in the plece
and instead 01' the Chairman in the absence of the Chairman. He shall
perfom such other duties as m be prescribed herein and en m be
assigned by the Council.
