Mrs. John H. Baker

Route 5, Box 132
Gainosville, Florida

Dear Mrs. Baker:

I have received your letter or March 3rd requesting infor-
mation relative to the work or the Legislative Council under
the provisions or House Concurrent Resolution 17 of 1951.

I do not have a copy or that Resolution before me, but if it
refers to a study on recorganizaticn of the tax collection
agencies or the State or Florida, that study has been under-

taken and a final meeting or the Legislative Council will be
held on it this Saturday.

If you are not certain that the re-organization study to which

I refer is the one to which you refer I suggest that you write
Sherman Weiss, Director, Legislative Reference Bureau, 310

City Administration Building, Tallahassee, Florida, who will

be able to give you up-to-the-ninute information on the
subject.

Sincerely yours,

c. Farris Bryant
