Ben. C. Farris Bryant
Chairmtm, Council Connnittee on

Tax Reorganization
Ocala, Florida

Deer Farris:

It was certainly a pleasure to see you in Tallahassee
lest week. My impression Of the meeting was that it was gen-
erelly successful; I trust that it went to your satisfaction.

I was much impressed with the Governor, whom I had
never met, and with the representatives of your Committee.
Surely with such a group working together, an efficient and
businesslike Wanna program will be evolved.

It is our hope that we can be of further assistance
to your Committee in analyzing this program. It. will take
time, of course, and detailed stndy. It also takes a cer-
tain Objectivity and a mnaganent-wise analysis, lastirg
over a period of time. Our organization is set up to do
such consulting work, and I feel that our experience along
organisation lines would {it us for a job of this sort, were
such outside eppointmnt or retainer considered.

In the meantime, let me wish your Comittee the very
best success. I hope that we added something to your excel-
lently laid plans.

Sincerely ,

Zak
