MY REACTION TO TV.

Farris took the had on Turnpike and handled it well.

He failed to answer Carlton on 67 Senator Plan which
he alleged Bryant ap.roved. Surely Bryant does not believe
in 67 Senators. If not he should have said so and reaffirmed
the as Senator Plan and demand for the apportionment within
the Constitution. Further, that the nu Senator Plan as
troposed by Carlton was redected by the public last fall in
a Constitutional Amendment.

Bryant allowed Carlton to consume his time in charges.
all of Which Bryant could have answered in single terms tha;
Mr. Carlton. you know that is not true and charge him with
resorting to charges of qptruths and slander--that he Bryan;
is not interested in slanerous charges but constructibe out-
line of his protosed program for the welfare of the state,

how he proposes to go all over the nation advertising Floridazae

that he believes he can do a better ob than Carlton, in this
field as well as all other: that he is not under obligation
to the Herald and the News and they will not be able to call
the shots: that the same machine now in power will continue
if he Carlton is elected.

State his background, his leadership in the house and coopet
ation with members of House and Senate.
