Dear Bill:
During my last visit to West Palm Beach. I had
a very pleasant and protable conference with Bill Starch con-
cerning PCB and related matters. He is most anxious to have
an early discussion with you and. when I told him I would prob-
ably pass through Ocala on August 20th. he expressed the desire
to be there at the time of the meeting between us. The present
plan for my next trip contemplates that Margaret and [will
spend several weeks in the Miami-West Palm Beach area.
This will make it possible for me to attend the
requested workshop for l-CD. which Farris has suggested to
J. J. Griffin be held the afternoon of August 27th. I! you plan
to attend this meeting. or to be in West Palm Beach in the near
future, this may make it more convenient that you see Bill Starch
there. instead of in Ocala. Please drop each oi us a line. and I
will keep you both informed of any change in the time of my
visit to Ocala. It may have to be later. but is not likely to be
any earlier than the 20th.
I am sorry to have been away from Tallahassee
at the time you were here.
