FRED gARL -- Bryant will run better county-wide than East
side. Estimates Bryant will carry county by 65% to 35$.
Nixon will carry county 60% to 40%.

WORLEY BRWN -- Bryant 70% to 30%.

BOB W3 at New Smyrna -- Bryant in good shape. Thinks
Bryant will carry New Smyrna 3500 to 1000. Would help if
be male another visit to New Samna. Thinks Kennedy will

carry New Somme.

WEST VOIIJSIA cm
MAIEOIM MOYE -- Bryant 70%; Peterson 30%. Has heard no
complaints about Bryant. Nixon will carry county.

INDIAN RIVER COUNTY

BUCK um -- Serious Republican opposition for local
candidates. Estimates Bryant 60%, Peterson 40%. Quite

disturbed about Bryant not giving stronger support to Kennedy.

PAIM BEACH COUNTY
Jm SHEAR -- Estimates Bryant by 2 to l in county. Has
heard nothing about Catholics being against Bryant, as
several Catholic friends not for Bryant first primary now
for him. Some criticism re turnpike. Nixon will carry
the county.
ELMO R Expects better than 65% turnout. Ratio vote is about 70%
Democrat; 30% Republican. Republicans getting good publicity.

Thinks Bryant will get~7093 of the vote. Has heard criticism
re turnpike but that has been minor. Nixon will carry the
county. Hes heard of no real criticism of Kennedy stand
outside a few die-herds, and those not Catholic.

DOIB STENSTROM -- Republicans have carried county national
election last ten times, and it will go Nixon again. Peterson
will get more votes than any Ramblican governor has gotten
before. Estimate Bryant 60%; Peterson 40%. Has seen no
irxlication of Kennedy voters going against Bryant, nor has
he noticed any criticism among Catholics.

Bryant's stand on Kennedy. More criticism regarding turnpiloe.
Recent statements by Bryant have helped on turnpike.

BOB IEASLE! -- Bryant 6096; Peterson 40%. Turnpike has hurt
him, but news stories since then have helped considerably.

No report of Catholics against Bryant. Republicans working
very hard in Orange County. Have solicited his door twice.
