The Honorable Farris Bryant
Governor Elect

State of Florida

Ocala, Florida

Dear Governor:

As you may knee, I an chairman of a sub-connittee
of the Interim Roads Committee, studying the possibility,
along with various plans, of reorganization of the Road
Department. in order to effectuate some continuity between
administrations.

I would appreciate very much having an opportunity
to discuss with you some of the proposals that the sub-
committee has been considering. I realize that you do not
have very nuch available time, and I do not know what your
feelings are regarding this matter, but I believe that we
could discuss the various proposals in a very short time.

Please advise no if you hava a time during the
month of September when 1 might be able to discuss these
natters with you.

Sincerely yours,
A/ ":7 ,-
Ioodie A. Liles
