Re: Hill Estate -- The Leeward Corp.
Dear Farris:
I have prepared and enclose for your information
and file corrected deeds on the property purchased by The
Leeward Corporation from the Kill Estate.
The quit-clain deed from The Leeward Corporation
to Ire. lsaacson and all property holders of record has the
same description we used in the original Administratrix's
Deed and Hortgage Deed. The revised Administratria's Deed
and Mortgage Deed have the correct description as it should
have been.
You will note that the only change was in the
second line of the description, changing northeast to south-
east quarter of Section 20, which establishes a correct point
of beginning. Also, in checking the description with the
plat. we found one other error which read 285.43 feet, when
it should have been 284.71 feet. The latter error was pro-
bably made by using the wrong plat, rather than the latest
plat which was revised in April, 1959.
l have checked this with the abstract company in
Sanford, and also two other attorneys here who are represent-
ing people affected by the erroneous description, and they
all agree that this will correct the error.
I am sending the original Quit-Claim Deed and cor-
rected Mortgage Deed to Al Leeward today, and will await
their return. In the neantine, X will have Hrs. lsaaeson
sign the corrected Adninistratrix's need and a new release
of the 70 acres formerly released.
I did not have a form like the one you originally
used for the lortgage Deed, and in order to keep the same
terms and conditions and avoid any further confusion, we
have copied your for: in ovary respect; although some of
the printed matter may not be applicable, it is all included.

I believe that this will clarify the rhole situa-
tion and satinfy all of the people involved. It you find
anything Iron; with the form or contents, please lot as
know as soon as possible, in order that corrections can be
nsdc before the instruments are recorded.
