revision of the Conttitution.

interest and stimlete study for the purpose of securing constimtioml
revision than my other matey in Florida.
During w legislative career, I hove frequently and successfully
sponsored revision of infer erticles of the Comtitution, inclining the
developent of a new method for so-revising the Constitution.
Constitutional revision is the prine musite to governentel
retort. It should be achieved hy the Mission of a caplete revision
to the Legislature, so designed so to be deptnble to erticle-ly-ertiole
