OOIBTITUTIONAL REVISION
Revision or our constitution is the prime requisite to government
reform. It should provide:
1. For unnistsknble gubernatorisl succession, an elected
lieutenant governor, and the removal or the power or
perdon from politics;
2. Automatic resppertionnent or the legislature with increased
representation of populous counties, s legislative post-
sudit, legislative-celled speoisl sessions, complete sod
open legislative records and sessions, snd elimination of
the local bill evil;
3. Reorganisation or trial courts for speedier justice and
uniform procedure:

5. Home Rule for cities and counties.
