with us tonight is a man from Orange County. . from Orlando, the City
Beautiful . host to this historical event, the kickoff oi the next Florida

Governor's campaign.

The gentleman is Sidney A. Singleton, a prominent insurance executing and civic
worker. Mr. Singleton has enjoyed a friendship with hrris Bryant of many

And he. libs all of us here, has an active and sincere interest in the progress

of his city, county and state.

Sid Singleton is Arkansasborn, but Florida-activated! Hie busy career has
browht his any honors and responsibilities. Be is Past President of the
Florida Association of Insurance Agents, Past President of the Orlando Insurers
Association, Past President of the Orange County l1\.il:em'..'uloeie and Health Asso-
ciation, and Past President of the Orlando 1bastnasters Club. Currently. Mr,
Singleton is President of the Orlando Youth Center, Vice-President of the North

Orlando Kiwanis Club and a nether of the Board of Directors of the Boys Club.

He's a cube: of the Episcopal Church, and a graduate of Stetson University.

Sid is working presently in the General Organisation Fund. raisin funds for

Stetson University.
