Mr. Barry Bellamy
P. O. Box 5494
South Jacksonville, Florida
Dear Mr. Bellamy:
Thank you for your letter of May 10
and your interest in my candidacy.
Florida ahould rely on the Pupil Assign-
ment law ao long an it ia effective to
achieve eubatantially ita purpose of
limiting integration. But we ahould not
foreclose our ninda again-t the poaai-
bility, either from the experience of
other states or our own ingenuity, of
arriving at new and better aolutione. I
would not, however, cloae the achoola to
block integration.
Hoping you will aerioualy conaider ny
candidacy and will vote for ae on May
24th, I an
Sincerely,
Farria Bryant
