before. To meet those challenges we need experienced and capable
leadership at oil levels of government. We need teamwork and coordina-
tion as never before, and we need the support of oil Floridians. regardless
of their political persuosions, not oniy at election time, but as continuing
partners with their gov rnment In our morch toward maturity among the
states. I hope that/{e people of Floride will begin their service or

the full partners of their government tomorrow by going to the polls
