250.01 Board of Control
The Board or Control shall consist of seven citizens of this
state, one from each of the six congressional districts of the
state as of Janisry l. 1951. and one from the state at lar e. who
shall have been residents end citisens thereof for a peri of at
least Illlllif ten years prior to their a gointnent, who shall
be apnointed by the overnor, SUBJECT TO 0 IRMATICH B! THE SIIATI,
and their terns of o fice shell be four years and until their
successors are appointed and qualified, except in case of an efpoint-
sent to fill s vacancy, in which case the appoitnent shell be or the
unexpired tern, and except as in this section is otherwise provided.
The governor may remove any member of such board for cause, REPORT-
ING SUCH ACTION TO THE SENATE, and shell fill all vacancies that
ms! et en tile occur therein, SUBJECT TO CONFIRRATION OF THE
AP:OIN BY THE SENATE.
