Dear Sills
Thanks for your letter or January 17.

When we handled Faulkner's campaign he no using the Talksthon
which is a copyrith deal on questions and answers and which,
I imagine, one of the Florida candidates is using since it was
born in Florida and is owned by Souk Advertising in P'iami.
Reggie Var-tin handled this up here. 01 this deal the agency
handling the account works cloch with the Tallathon people
on tl'n campaign.

Regardina' use of radio and television generally I would think
that some 01 the key stations in the larger markets probably
have a network setup that you could use. Up here WAPI and
NSGN both arranged complete costs, stations to be used (burn:
all or Just some or the.) and worked closely with agencies
handliny the carpaigns.

lhere television is concerned and you will be feeding othe:~
stations I would set one station up as the originator and then
talk to the people at the telephone corner about other arrange-
ments. It's my experience that phone company people and engineers
know a helltwa lot more about that's going on than do the sales
and production people at the stations the-selves and can help
solve emblem a lot quicker.

Also, I would now fast on good time, Billy, because as the
pace quickens so does buying. If you can get a count-lent. out
of yo'ur client be sure and nail down good time right now for
tte end of campaign burst.

we're busy as hell here but enjoying it. Pride and I hope to
