Dear Mr. Benito:
As a follow-up to w letter of January 26th, I an en-
closing a statement of policy of this station concern-
ing the handling of political broadcasts, which I be-
lieve you will find of interest.
It is my understanding that the deadline for qualifying
is noon, March 6th. 011 this date we will know how many
candidates are qualified and can then begin the alloca-
tion of time. It would be most helpful if you could
furnish us a statement of your requirements and we will
do our best to comply, while at the same time striving
to insure equal treatant to all qualified candidates.
