Dear Farris:

Friday, I had a nice talk with Bob Searle, who
brought ne up-to-date on your activities and your
desired dates of speaking for the greater Miami
area.

As I understand it, you have open dates for April 28,

29, and 30. Further, that you nay be down on April 23rd,
for a talk and could possibly work out another talk in
addition to that one. If this is correct, what time of
day would you be open?

I also understand that it is highly desirable that a
talk be arranged before the Florida Association of
Insurance Agents, which will meet here on May 27th.

Or at least, that is the date when the convention
starts and it will last several days. we have a couple
of contacts in this organization and will pursue the
matter and coordinate it with Bob Searle.

I understand that you will probably speak to the Coral
Gables Kiwanis group on June 3rd and perhaps will have
a Miami Beach date on June 19th. He will keep these
dates in mind also, for possible addition of other
appearances.

Bob and I agree that in our contacting various
organizations regarding the possibility of your speaking,
it would be cost advantageous if we could have a list
from you of a range of topics, so that we could save
some preliminary negotiation, and assure them at once
that there is an area for which you are prepared to

speak which will appeal to the particular group in
question. lf you could air mail this to me, it will
facilitate matters greatly. The background data which
