I want to take this opportunity to thank each of you
for the friendship and kindnesses you have shown me as
the "Lady of the House". It has been a privilege to

serve in this capacity, and I shall always feel indebted
to my county for bestowing this honor upon me.

my county and I appreciate your confidence in establishing
the "Alcoholic Rehabilitation Center in Highlands. I

hope this program will do what we feel is needed for our
citizens who so greatly need our help.
