Dear Farris;

Relative to our conversation concerning ocean
frontage at St. Augustine we have one tract which
is fairly close at St. Augustine Beach consisting
of One Thousand Six Hundred Twenty feet (1620) at
Forty Six Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($46,200.00).
The average price of ocean frontage runs about thirty
dollars ($50.00) per foot and sometimes more, particularly
in amall pieces.

The thought occurs to me that if you had sixteen (16)
people interested in going in together the actual cost
WOuld be TWO Thousand Eight Hundred Eightyaseven Dollars
and fifty cents (52887.50) each And each person would
receive slightly over one hundred feet (100) or property.
That is to say the pronerty would have a frontage of
one hundred feet on the ocean, one hundred feet on the

main highway and a depth of about twelve to fourteen
hundred fee 1: .

I believe that this would be the best way to purchase
this oroperty as the purchaser would be getting a great
deal more for his money than if he bought individual lots.

If you do not have sixteen peOple we could handle
one half of the pronerty with eight peeple.
