Dear Mr. Irownz'

Your letter of November 30th was on my desk when I returned
home this morning. Naturally. I an disappointed, and I know
that Farris and our good friend Lloyd Gahr will share my
disappointment.

Under the circumstances. however. I must agree with you. and
since your present plans call for you to be away from Orlando
during December and January with the exception of a few days at
Christmastime, I do feel that someone else could help Lloyd more
at the time.

We do not. however. feel that we are losing you, as you have
offered us your pocketbook and year finances. as well as any
other help you can give, and certainly this is all that anyone
cauld ask. I am sure that you will continue to use your good
influence with your uany, eany friends In Farrls' behalf. and
he will be forever grateful to you.

As to your financial assistance. I am sure Lloyd Gahr would
appreciate hearing from you along this line and with any
Suggestions you eight have now or in the future.

In my own case I feel that I have had the privilege of meeting
a very fine citizen, and i do hope that as the months and years
go by I shall have the privilege of neetlng with you often.
