Re: Sunset Housing Project, Patrick Airforce
Base, Air Force Project #26, Eau Gallic

Dear Earl:

We have been advised that the housing project at Ben
Callie has been reported to the General Services
Administration, Region 4, Georgia for disposal. At
the present the 0.8.A. is screening federal agencies
to determine if a continued federal need exists for
this property. The screening period expired February
6th and if no federal agency has requested transfer

of that property then it is now available for disposal
to outside interests.

G.8.A.'s policy is to proceed with the appraisal now
and thereafter advertise the property for sale on a
sealed bid basis. Appraisal of this particular pro-
perty will probably be made the latter part of Febru-
ary or early in March.

I assume that the information relative to sale will
be published in the local papers but I suggest that
you write the regional office of the General services
Administration, Region 3, Atlanta 23, Georgia, and
ask that your name be placed on the mailing list to
receive an invitation to bid.
