Dear Charlie:

I had a wonderful time with you and your friends
last Wednesday. but particularly did I enjoy
visiting your hospitable restaurant and meeting
your lovely and gracious wife. It was inctantly
apparent to me while you could sit in the back
of the room enjoying yourself iith one of the

guests while your capable and attractive better half
took care of running the business.

Particularly did I appreciate your assurances of
aupnort and encouragement which you gave to me.
and although you realize that it is far t: w early for
me to make a commitment to do anything in 1960,

nevertheleas y -ur friendship qill be very much in
my mind when a decision ia made.
