Although I cannot be in attendance, I an
interested in the Legal Institute program in Jack-
sonville this weekend, and particularly the sub-
Ject of the discussion of Corporate Control in
Closed Corporations, which will be discussed under
your guidance at the 2:00 o'clock session.

Host of our work is that of corporate
practice and, I would like to procure a copy of
any material which might be distributed to those
in attendance on the subject. If it is conven-
