I believe that the repeated failure to file the
financial report with Gray when due has done us real
harm.

The first occasion was understandable and for-
giveable, but the second is apparently ineXCusable.
It has offset to a substantial degree the wonderful
effect which resulted from the volume of initial
contributions. Sunday's Times-Union suggested that
the omission may have been deliberate. which is
really bad.



But regardless of cause. it is not the right
example to be set by the top candidate for Governor.
I hope you will take ever! possible precaution to
avoid further repetition and if there is a good
justification. I think it should he released to the

public.
